Step 2:
Book in your initial Sports physiotherapy assessment.
The purpose of this assessment is to find out exactly where you are in your rehab journey, and get the ball rolling with your specific rehab exercises.
Although finding out what you weaknesses and biggest opportunities of improvement are, we also need to determine where you excel so that you can continue to maximise your strengths as an athlete.
We call this - sharpening the sword.

This assessment is $189 and includes the first week of your rehab membership.
Step 3:
Book in your initial Performance rehab session.
This 1:1 session will get your rehab journey started in a way you weren’t expecting.
You thought rehab was going to look like mini-bands and body weight training.
Not here. We will be getting stuck right in with strength and power training. Even when we are protecting your injury site, are rehab training system means we don’t neglect the rest of your body.
During the session we’ll also plan out what each week will look like and how to structure your training schedule.
